Best Western Plus Nottingham Westminster Hotel

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable, clean room. Nice touches with biscuits and chocolates. Convenient location with frequent buses.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times for family meet-ups and we must say it is difficult to fault. The rooms may be compact, but they are clean, quiet, comfortable and fully equipped. The staff here are simply amazing - so helpful and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food in the restaurant, and the entire staff, from reception to the bar and restaurant, were enormously friendly, helpful, and polite. We also appreciated the small touches, like the menus and book of the area provided in our spacious room and bathroom.

This place is definitely value for money. We did experience a small issue with the lack of shampoo and conditioner in our room's bathroom, but the staff tried their best to find some for us.

We loved staff and drinks at this venue. We had a comfortable bedroom. Late check-out. The restaurant onsite was great, it served hot dishes...

Liked my very comfortable stay at Best Western Hotel. So many delicious options for breakfast, such as pastries and cereals.

The food was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was clean, and free car parking was provided.

The hotel was reasonably large, with accommodating staff and perfect location near the city centre. The breakfast was enjoyable and comprehensive, pastries and cereals are offered.

I enjoyed the beds, they were exceptionally comfortable, and how fabulous the staff was. The standard queen room was beautiful and cosy, with an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV and ironing facilities. Food was outstanding - a good choice of options.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Nottingham and it was a pleasant surprise. The location was fantastic, very close to the city centre and within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The bar area in the evening was a great place to unwind. The room was modern and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. it was a great experience.

The hallway could have used some refurbishment, with new carpet and fresh paint.

Accommodation was reasonably large and functional, beds were comfortable. We had a plentiful continental breakfast with variety of meals.

Views appeared to be awful.

Everything was simply very convenient. The room was immaculate with great interior and an amazing bathroom. I was met by awesome and approachable staff at the reception. The self service breakfast was included and had a wide array of food. The service was great, including a quick check-in.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, not far from the city centre.

We had a pleasant 4-star experience here. Brand-new unit. Very warm restaurant provided Indian dishes.

The hotel was clean, and I liked an ideal location. Huge room and bathroom with a bathtub.

The food in the restaurant at Best Western was absolutely delicious. I was blown away by the quality and taste of every dish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from the reception to the bar and restaurant. They were always polite and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. The small issue I had with no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom was quickly addressed by the staff who looked for some, although they couldn't find any. Despite the heating in my room not working due to a boiler problem, it didn't affect my comfort too much. I had a great value for money experience at this hotel.
